Our garbage disposal conked out on us and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The servicemen were professional and got our new disposal installed. They even accommodated us when we requested an upgrade from a 1/2 HP to a 3/4. They quickly traveled back to the warehouse to pick one up.

Dustin Perren was great at providing information on the issue, the plan to fix it, pricing, etc. He even suggested some other recommended items that I could fix at a later date and time, if I want to, but was not pushy about it at all.
